Color Mixer FAQ
How does the Color Mixer work?
The Color Mixer blends multiple 'source' colors to create a new one, much like mixing paint. The final color is a weighted average of the source colors.
For example, mixing Red and Blue with an equal ratio of 5 each will produce Purple.
What does the 'ratio' slider do?
The ratio slider controls how much influence each color has on the final mixture. A higher ratio means more of that color is 'added' to the mix.
If you mix Red (ratio 10) and Blue (ratio 2), the resulting color will be a reddish-purple because Red has a much stronger influence.
How do I add or remove colors?
You can manage your source colors easily:
- Add: Click the 'Add Color' button to introduce a new color to the mix (up to 5).
- Remove: Click the trash can icon next to any color to remove it. You must have at least one color.
