By accessing and using Color Utility (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Service Description
The Service provides users with tools and resources to create, share, and explore color palettes. The Service is provided "as is" and we assume no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings.
3. User Conduct and Responsibilities
You agree not to use the Service to upload, post, email, transmit, or otherwise make available any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.
4. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Color Utility and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the foreign countries. 5. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
